Orvana graduated with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Manitoba in 2018. There, she developed a passion for movement beyond sports, using it to navigate new responsibilities and life transitions. After sustaining multiple injuries (from being a little too competitive as a teenager), she learned how essential professional guidance is for rebuilding confidence and moving freely and independently again. Now, she’s excited to support you as you work through your own unique challenges. Together, you’ll build an effective exercise routine that you can enjoy and use mindful strategies to get you closer to your goals each day.
