Every insurance plan varies by treatment coverage, doctors note requirements, and total annual coverage. Your company HR Dept should have all the answers for you. Our patient support team would be happy to help.
ICBC
You are entitled to accident benefits regardless of fault. In order to start receiving treatment we need your adjuster contact information and your claim number.

ECLAIMS ENABLED
painPRO is Telus Health eClaims enabled, which means we can lower your out-of-pocket expenses by submitting claims on your behalf. TELUS Health provides a direct link between patients and insurers to streamline claims processing.
RCMP / VETERANS / CANADIAN FORCES
Our services are covered under your Blue Cross insurance and we are happy to bill them directly. You will be required to complete a claim form for your initial visit, you can leave the rest to us while you are in treatment.
MSP
If you qualify for Premium Assistance we will bill MSP up to $23 for your treatment and you will be required to pay us the co-pay at the time of service. This program allows for a combined total of 10 treatments annually.
