Ada completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, equipping her with a strong foundation in evidence-based care involving hands-on manual therapy, education, and exercises.
A lifelong athlete, Ada competed at an elite level in Ultimate Frisbee, representing both Team Canada and UBC. These experiences shaped her understanding of movement, teamwork, and athletic performance. She continues to stay active through Ultimate, running, tennis, and golf.
Ada has extensive experience working with a diverse population, including children, older adults, athletes, desk workers, and individuals with neurological conditions.
