2. Healthcare Services
PainPRO Clinics provides various healthcare services including but not limited to:

- Naturopathic Medicine
All services are provided by licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable provincial and federal regulations.
3. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
Booking: Appointments can be booked online through our booking system, by phone, or in person at any of our clinic locations.
Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate other patients. We will make every effort to provide the full service when possible.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- Debit Cards (Interac)
- Direct Insurance Billing (where applicable)
Insurance Claims: We can bill directly to ICBC, WorkSafeBC, and most extended health insurance providers. It is your responsibility to verify your coverage and any co-payment requirements.
5. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete health information
- Inform your practitioner of any changes to your health status
- Follow recommended treatment plans and home care instructions
- Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
- Notify us of any allergies or sensitivities
- Communicate openly with your healthcare provider about your symptoms and concerns
6. Informed Consent
Before receiving treatment, you will be asked to provide informed consent. This includes:
- Understanding the nature of the proposed treatment
- Awareness of potential risks and benefits
- Knowledge of alternative treatment options
- The right to ask questions and receive answers
- The right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time
